Ways to take care of your Skin Sunburn in Summer and Monsoon

In summer generally suffer from various skin problems, sun tan, sunburn, wrinkles, and fine lines under eyes. Everyone wants to get rid of these problems. It is almost the end of summer and beginning of monsoon but the atmosphere has same effect on skin. Sun leaves acne, pimples on our face n body. So we need to take special skin care to cure these problems. To protect skin from sunburn we need to soothe it using various home remedies. Soothing skin and using skin antioxidant can be one way of preventing sunburn.

Home Remedies

·        You can use cold milk on skin after coming back home from sun this will soothe skin and protect sunburn. The protein in milk will give protective coating to skin which will prevent water evaporation. The skin needs moisture and milk helps to retain it.
·        Take anti-inflammatory every day, you can drink a lots of green tea or juice this will protect you from sunburn. This prevents some unseen damage caused by UV rays to our skin.
·        Antioxidant for skin plays an important role in preventing from sun burn. Take in meal food like berries, turmeric, etc these will prevent your skin from damage.



Other Remedies

Other things that you can do are the given:
·        Use sunscreen before going out in sun. A sunscreen must be selected such that it suits you and having maximum of SPF value.
·        Tone your skin regularly it will keep your pores closed n keep skin cool.
·        Cleanse your face twice a day. This will keep pollution and dirt away.
·        Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
·        You can use yoghurt with few drop of lemon to remove tan from skin.
